He did lots of pressure and pulling around and stuff and told me that it's going to hurt tonight. I hope it's worth it! Back on Friday.

You'll be amazed (as long as he was a decent one!)

He offered to stick needles in me, I declined. I offered to shoot him, he declined

Acupuncture may well help so dont rule it out. I would accept all the help you are offered.

I don't think a bullet will help much though.

Aye, I know. In all seriousness he suggested it but said we'll try this first and if it doesn't help then acupuncture is an option.

If it was just massage I would say make sure you drink plenty of water tonight - the massage will release the acids that are in your muscles; if you don't drink enough then the acids will just soak straight back in again instead of being flushed out of your system. As it was more manipulation then it isn't as necessary but it will have still released some acids so an extra half pint of water may still be of huge benefit.

Acupuncture is very, very relaxing. I'm not sure I felt any physical benefit but it did help to relax me a lot!

I'm not bothered about needles at all, but seriously, you really can't feel them.
