I've only ever gotten through to Indian gentlemen who tell me the problem is with the telephone socket in my house. Actually, I think you'll find the problem is with YOUR FACE !!!1 *hangs up*.

My line routinely fails line tests (I know why - running the line through surge suppression will do that sometimes), but the socket was engineer-installed, so it'd be meh to them if they tried that one.
