We were discussing this in the office. One guy suggested it would be for a tree, but others observed its a little shallow for tree roots.
"Oh, I know, maybe its for like a bonsai tree. A giant bonsai tree" Everyone just turned and looked at him. He did eventually twig

I think the phrase is EPIC FAIL! (look at rear right wheel) Pure genius reversing a crane truck backwards over relatively freshly laid soil that has been rained on almost constantly for the past couple of days.
