Oh, don't forget to use good quality bacon. The cheapo stuff is full of water, which all comes out when you cook it, so the chicken ends up swimming around in a bath of water. Lovely!

Looks good, but you used normal bacon and not smoked streaky bacon

Not streaky, but still smoked

I do prefer streaky, but never buy it due to fat content. I appreciate that this dish isn't exactly low fat

but most of my cooking is, so that's why I buy back.
