We had a relatively warm night and our snow is well on the way out. I had so many layers on at work I was boiling!

Started melting this morning... got to the slushy stage.

Then it started freezing again and now it's sheet ice out there again.

And it's been snowing since mid afternoon and it's getting worse. Haven't been able to move the car in over a week. Other half needs to go back to the hospital on wednesday and it looks like it's not going to defrost before then.

I wonder if shouting at the snow will make me feel any better...

Yesterday evening, for the first time in a week I could see tarmac!!!

Had more snow over night only 1/2 an inch or so though, but the temp is definitely up on last week.

In the last hour a lot has gone from our road, still loads left though.

Had to abandon my car this morning, and walk the rest of the way into work. I still love the snow

There's very little snow left here now. The back garden is green with a few large patches of white.

Thawed out a lot at home but it's now started slightly snowing in Nuneaton. Getting slightly bored of it now.
