got my incipio this morning.
lovely case. but had a 'mare when applying the screen protector. i tried to apply the lining rather than the actual protector fail. now its got a load of 'bits' stuck to it and is well blotchy. not impressed. (and before anyone mentions the fact it comes with two. i did the same again with the second just now) |

I find screen protectors an absolute bitch to install. I cocked up installing the Invisible Shield I bought but somehow managed to install one of the ones that came with the CapsuleNeo case without any problems. Luck. Pure and simple.

yeah, i'm tempted to take it off seen as though its not really needed on the 3Gs. but i'll give it a day or two first. the one on my last phone improved over the first couple of days - although i didn't mess that up quite this much!

Did you get the feather Show?
As for screen protectors...they are a big pain, but with a bit of patience, they can be done well. Mind you, I took two goes with mine as the first one picked up loads of dust even after I kept trying to clean the area.

I really don't get how you can mess up a screen protector, I had no trouble on my touch

Perhaps you could do a "how to" guide for the rest of us noobs?
I can never get them right. Dust isn't usually the problem, it's either getting it on without bubbles or, with the wet ones that you slide into place and then squeegy the fluid out, I end up getting weird bands across them from pulling the backing away from it
