Personally, I think he did a good job.
I wasn't expecting much from him, but thought he played it very well. Wasn't so impressed by the actress playing his twin. Seemed too wooden.

Bravo Two Zero

Into my war films and this is low budget but really well played out, I remember watching it when it was first show on the BBC (it must be 8-9 yeas ago) and remember lots of scenes from it, thought it could have had more input in the other SAS members, especially Chris Ryan walking over 300 miles but its McNabs story so can see it was lacking content.

8/10

9/10 It's well told, it's beautiful, it's just great and well worth it's place in the top 250. I'd highly recommend watching it even if you don't like anime (and I'm far from certain that I do), the Studio Ghibli films that I've seen so far have been universally great, odd perhaps but undeniably good.

Seven Pounds.

I'm not even going to review it, other than say that it's the best thing I've seen in a long time.
Will be interesting to read what the Will Smith haters have to say on this one though.

8.5/10.

Ever seen grave of the fireflies? Probably my favorite Ghibli film.

Raging Bull

Completely over-rated, direction did nothing, script was average and there were no real points of interest in the film. Brilliantly acted by Pesci, very good from De Niro, but other than that it bored me senseless for 2 hours.

4/10.

It's on my list of films to watch, I've been told it's very sad though so I'll save it for a special occasion, maybe when I'm trying to look sensitive or something.

Just ensure you watch it with the original Japanese voicing, the English dub boarders on annoying at times and completely ruins the empathy you have for the characters.

It is one of the most upsetting films i've ever watched
