Here's hoping all the bad stuff buggers off for everyone.
I am a man of few needs, I've just had a Tesco microwave Korma and a diet coke, home time in an hour and a half and I get a (sort of) lie in in the morning as I'm doing defib training which doesn't start till 08:00. I'm feeling pretty darned good.
