Suprisingly enough (for me and my friends at least) I've never got together with anyone from the interent, I've never thought my personality comes through quite the same as in real life.

Current girlfriend is my mate's sister :O

I have never met a partner on a forum as usually they are sausage fests, times are not quite that bleak...yet! I did meet my previous partner on faceparty, it lasted nearly 4 years. Though I never told anyone we met online as it seemed a bit geeky but I suppose I am a bit geeky so it was to be expected surely. I was thinking about trying the internet dating game.

Yeah I'm not entirely sure about that either!

Do it, it rawks

With regards to the FB thing, I know of someone who added the "Are You Interested" application, and from that you can see who viewed your profile and if they left you a message or something, think thats how it works anyway.

It could be a friend of a friend I guess. Wouldn't know off hand as I don't really use Facebook much compared to most.

I've never met a partner online and apart from you crazy lot, don't know anyone that has tbh. I wouldn't rule it out as a place to meet people but I think I'd have to get on with them very well online before I'd be willing to date them

Thats what it was like for me, I never knew anyone who had met online and I almost chickened out of meeting faysh cos I was a bit worried
But I am soooo glad I didn't and I owe it to my mate's ex as he pushed me into going.
I got on so well and loved chatting with faysh and spent hours on the phone for most nights for about 6weeks before I met him
