Make the batter now put it in the fridge overnight, it's technically the best thing to do anyway (although i don't know why). Making pancakes from scratch is just as much trouble as "pre made" ones! One frying pan, three ingredients and a bowl is all thats needed (plus toppings)!
I'm making a HUGE bowl now so we can use it tomorrow, annnnnd i'll probably test it as well i guess |

I get home from college at 10pm and will still be cooking pancakes. They take about 30 seconds to mix from scratch and even less to cook. Jeeeeez
