What do you do when you're unhappy?

If i'm just feeling a bit down, wander over to a mates, watch a bit of WWE, have a blast on his 360 for a bit, eat junk food etc.

If i'm annoyed upset, loud music, weights, exercise, just to release. Doing weights when you're really angry is awesome. Occasionally get out gloves/pads and do some punching exercises with my sister too.

I do that when I get wound up. Fire up Painkiller, engage God Mode, get all weapons, get unlimited ammo and wade through corpses - brilliant tension relief
