That looks/sounds really nasty. Didn't realise you'd gone into A&E until Dee told me last night. Hope you're on the road to recovery soon. Poor thing

Those pictures bring back bad memories for me there i recognise that pattern of infection

so i am glad MB is back in hospital for treatment

Hopefully he is all settled in hospital now, back on the drips as they should work after a few days from my own experience with the exact same issue. Get well soon MB and avoid the evil nurses is all i can say.

That arm looks nasty. Hope the doctors at the hospital get the infection under control soon and you start feeling better.

well I'm posting from my sick bed, registrar says it could be two or three days but I'm off nil by mouth now That they've decided not to slice and dice

Lots more antibiotics to come and hopefully we'll knock it on the head If people are interested I'll try and keep you updatedMB

Nil by mouth? Never hit me with that evil while i was there with same thing odd. Glad they aren't dicing and slicing and are nuking it with drips.

Get well soon mate and even once it clears you might find your elbow still very sore for a while after so take it easy with it. Mine is torture now with gym work going on and i hadn't realised how weak that had left my elbow in comparison to my fit one.
