Very quick indeed. I'll keep the page on a constant refresh all day while I'm in work, as I suspect they're doing it in small batches over the entire weekend (they did it last weekend I think). If it becomes active again I'll let everyone know.

You only need 1 e-mail address. So for example cokezone@gmail.com , coke.zone@gmail.com, cokezone@googlemail.com, coke.z.o.n.e@gmail.com, coke.zone@googlemail.com will all come through to the exact same address. It takes about 15 seconds to sign out and get a new account on the website and about 40 seconds in all to confirm purchase from registration.
