Bugger
I was hoping he'd race to wipe Hamilton's little arrogant smile off his face

D'oh! Was considerably looking forward to this (tho I was pleased to see Hamilton's grin back at the weekend). Guessing all the people who bought Valencia tickets on the strength of Schuey returning will be somewhat annoyed.
Guess it'll be Marc Gene in the car come next Sat then?

Strangely no. Luca Badoer has been confirmed. The driver who last raced 10 years ago.
I would have gone with Gene - more recent experience. Although I think Badoer has more mileage in the F60

Not sure about Badoer though. Does this mean that he is ruled out for the rest of the season? I know he's still broken from the bikes but hopefully he could be back for one of the last races?

It's been 6 months since Schumachers superbike accident and his neck still hasn't healed properly. It may be that as he was not competitively racing he was leaving his neck to heal naturally rather than the odd methods they use to bring current drivers back up to condition *Webber and the -130°C room for instance* Better to let it heal than risk further injury by not going in 100% fit
