Well not quite exactly as I've described! They've got it pretty much spot on, it's just that in the films it's plainly Fiennes.

"Harry turned and came face to face with Lord Voldemort for the first time. He looked like a hairless Ralph Fiennes with no nose, you know, a bit like he did in The English Patient where he got all burned up in that plane crash and stuff?"
