LOL at it getting you up at the right time and you going straight back to bed.
Mine was a little better this morning, 20 mins before the alarm time and felt quite fresh, although judging by the graph it was my first climb out of deep sleep. I think I need to sleep more and get a decent peak/trough thing going.

Didn't feel like the right time though - I was very bleary eyed. I did leave the alarm on to make sure I didn't go back to sleep, and it seemed to work.
Anyway, bedtime. |

Time for a morning update. Short night last night as it was contest time and I was home late.
The peak before 05:00 was when I managed to knock the phone on the floor, but I picked it up and it seemed no worse for wear. I went straight back to sleep and was woken up at 05:26 when (as per last night) I felt pretty awake anyway. The frustrating thing today was that the alarm was set for 05:50 so it was very early. I got up to find a boiler not working properly that's 4 days out of warranty. I shall be making a call to them at 09:00!

I had a 6.07 wake up for 6.30 and it brough me out of dreaming phase. But judging by the pattern I was due to go into deep sleep again And I feel better than usual. I'm really liking this & blighter, I just properly lol'd at that picture!!

The alarm just went off. Unfortunately I got up 10 minutes ago, with a stiff neck.

I tried it but it didn't work last night... it helps if you turn the wall socket to "on"... Oops. Went to bed a bit earlier than usual (930pm) and was up at 313am which was nice :/ I just wanna sleep 8hrs kthxbye. Is that too much to ask? I'll try again tonight, it'll be interesting how it looks. Knowing my luck (and I hope it does happen) I'll sleep properly tonight!
I've got a headache and I'm exhausted... I wonder how many weeks one can go of sleeping very little...
