Now you see I could kill and would insome circumstances. But the question was 'If you could get away with it, who would you kill?' which to me implies out and out murder. I would kill if required during a war if I was in the forces. I would also kill if it meant saving a loved one whether I would get away with it or not.

Nope - I believe the good part is mostly in the US, but the best views are mostly from the Canadian side.
A fair whack of the Rockies is in Canada too. That question did give me problems - been to San Fran, New York (twice), LA (eurgh), Orlando (twice), Canadian Rockies (twice), Niagara (twice - both sides though not deliberately), Grand Canyon, Yosemite...
