Different brands of soya milk taste different. Some are vile. Just because you've tried one or two doesn't automatically mean you don't like it just that you don't like the ones you've tried.
Tesco sweetened is very nice with no aftertaste at all. It only costs 69p a litre too so is far cheaper than a lot of other brands.

Semi for moi! I was actually thinking about trying soya milk on my porridge instead of normal milk for a week next week, to see if it stops me from having the eternal snuffles. I daren't go for allergy testing as I couldn't cope with being told I can't have dairy etc... but wanted to see if cutting back made a difference.
