Piggy do you spend hours brushing your hair with a paddle brush?
My hair used to be lovely as a kid as my mum and dad would spend hours brushing it with a big paddle brush made of some sort of hair I think. It was so smooth and shiny, it was really long and thick but then I grew up and started putting crap in it and blow drying it lol. I don't blow dry my hair and I don't use any heat on it very often and although its in good condition it just tangles up so much and looks messy when its down. |

I use a deep conditioning leave in conditioner which you leave in for 5mins with hot damp towel on head.
Might try those hair masks. |

And to fight the corner of hair dying peoples I have only ever dyed my hair twice (both drunken ideas at uni - wash in wash out jobbies). I never blow dry (unless it's fuh fuh fuh freeeeezing and I'm going outside in to the big bad world or washed it to go out in the evening) and I don't have straightners or anything fandangle like that.
And yet... every morning when I wake up it's THE KNOT at the back! You may not be able to see it (some people get angry with me when they see me in the morning as my hair seems to look okayish without a brush) but underneath there are knots galore and all tangled and everything - there's no chance I could run my fingers through it without yanking my head off!! ![]() If I don't condition my hair when I wash it - it's muchos worse and I know about it! It's all to do with what type of hair you've got but I should imagine there are very few ladies out there (who dye or don't dye) that can avoid getting tangles if they forget to condition! Except mebbe... ![]() |
