In a recent Med Ball sesh I was assisting my trainin partner Andy with Calf Flicks.
He flicked too early when the ball was around his knee area & the 5k med ball hit me square in the mummy-daddy button. Not pleasant, & he has learned from his mistake.

Woooohaaaaa.
200kg deadlift have been achieved! So so happy! 130kg bench too but that was done on another day! Rrrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr r.  Love it!

Absolutely! I'm in Enfield at the moment so it might be easier to drive straight from there - however if the weather's nice I might want to bring my new toy to show you! However you probably want a Friday to yourself no?
