I did suspect they were taking the money now but I've the funds so not a problem and I've still got the option to cancel should cheaper deals come along.
Still think I've got some cracking deals though

Not sure what everybody does with their Xbox live accounts but I just picked up 12 months gold for £24.99 on ebay- recieved the working and now active code before I got the confirmation from paypal!

Ebay really is a bargain for live codes but iirc there was an issue with people selling generated codes which were then flagged and removed from peoples' accounts. I haven't heard about it happening in over a year now though so i imagine it's perfectly safe, i'm just a wimp.

Gameplay have just lowered the 360 version of Red Faction: Guerilla to £24.99.
There's 9% back through topcashback too. Been waiting for this to drop so very pleased.
