Cool! I love Rhodes, reminds me of a smaller version of Cyprus. Have fun! It gets hot there though - you'll have to wear minimal clothing

Well it looks like NYC best get preparing as I'm packing my bags. Well, ok, not yet, but yeah, hopefully November/December \o/ Oh and I'm going to Cologne on 27 March for a long weekend. Any 'must sees' from anyone?

I'll be in California again to see Iain, over Easter and then in the summer I think. I miss him being so far away but damn it's good getting so many holidays!

The way holiday stuff works in the US, we're not going to be able to take one this year. My annual leave doesn't start accruing until I've been here 6 months, and then it's accruing at a rate of 6.something hours a month.
Plans to come to the UK this year have gone right out the window as a result. Oh well at least the workplace is so much nicer. Kari and I are talking about maybe a few weekends away on other islands or a long weekend up in Seattle seeing friends we have there instead.
