Anything to do with Liverpool? If that's the issue then I can imagine it gets boring pretty rapidly having the comments.

It probably doesn't count as irrational but people either stopping in the middle of the street or not looking before moving is still amongst the top things to annoy me. I'd say anyone walking slower than me irritates me but that probably includes about 98% of the planet and it's not strictly true, my problem is if someone is dawdling about and as I go to pass them at a reasonable speed they suddenly change direction without looking - I swear you should legally be allowed to kidney punch anyone who does that for no good reason.

Good on ya. I usually wear them on the rig (as do about half of the hairy arsed oily dudes on here). They're comfortable, light and well ventilated - ideal for when I'm not on shift.
Unfortunately, someone nicked mine and I don't have any just now - bit of a bummer as they were genuine ones too, not the knock off, £6 a pair ones I usually have.

It's just a shame that I automatically associate them being worn outside with Chavs. Anyone wearing them for work I can understand but as a style choice? Yuk. Surely there must be something equally as comfortable yet not so ugly!?

We all have our pet 'fashion' hates. Mine at the moment is young guys walking around wearing shorts and flip flops - regardless of the weather. I don't know if it's as prevalent everywhere else but, around where I live, about half of the young male population wear them

I automatically associate that particular look (rightly or wrongly) with posers.

I don't think mine are particularly ugly. They just look like black pumps.
