Oh and also it does 'sync' that playlist back to your iTunes once you sync it as well but you can only make one at a time, if you know what I mean.

I mean you can make one on the phone, then it'll go onto your iTunes as 'on-the-go 1' then you can make another on the phone, but I don't believe you can make several in one sitting on the phone, without syncing inbetween.

I'll stay on 3.0.1 for now then as it isn't broke (aside from the few apps that won't run on it). If there was a good enough reason to upgrade I'd do it and forego the jailbreak, but there isn't, yet.

Go to http://iphone.tvcatchup.com in safari, choose the channel and watch. It streams great over wifi and also pretty well over 3G from what I've seen so far.

I'm going to hold off until the iPhone Dev Team have a solution. Geohot said this on his blog which has put me off using one of his releases:

Just a warning that using blackra1n will kill off the ability to unlock your iPhone if you ever want that - possibly forever. Also if you use AppSync, then definitely don't upgrade - YMMV on other Hackulo.us apps.
