Tomb Raider Anniversary is coming to 360... Episodically through marketplace, and eventually on a disk later on. Quite an interesting experiment this.

Interesting. It's a good idea for those who have TR:Legend as it'll be far cheaper for them to download it I would imagine. Depending on how many points I've got when it's released (and the file size) I'd seriously consider it.

Might try that Do tend to like Tomb Raider games even though this one had not the greatest of write ups.

Drop in the ocean for them. And they'll make it back, someone in that thread says that if they sell, say 3 million copies of the game, and the episodes cost $10 each (more for us of course), then they'll get the money back. Obviously not everyone will buy it, but the extra console sales and, crucially, live subscriptions they get will bring extra revenue in all sort of places. It's a big franchise and probably a sound investment.

I think its safe to say that GTA3 was a huge console seller on the PS2 so I can easily see why they spent that amount to secure extra goodies for 360 owners.
