Seems a Standard price.
I honestly think that this is what the MOT Dudes have come up with as the max price people will pay to get an MOT for another year.
Sorry to say it mate but I bet if I had taken it the price would be half that.

At least you are motoring for another year though a.
Which is what you told yourself when you piad wasn't it & Exactly what teh MOT/Mechanic/Garage/****ers rely on.

Apparently, the last owner had removed the cats and welded plates over, so it failed on the emissions only The £400 is for the fitting of some second hand M5 cats. Brand new I would be looking at £1600

For another £150 I can have a stainless steel system to go with it... hmmm.... Every cloud and all that.

Depends how long you plan on keeping the motor mate, I can never understand people that go stainless & then sell the car 6 months later, What the **** is all that about

My Dad just replaced the stainless exhaust on one of his cars. He was dissapointed it only lasted 29 years
