I routinely reboot my Windows PCs once a month, when patch Tuesday happens, and my Linux PC gets rebooted once a fortnight because one of its disk controllers is a bit flaky, but one of my routers (which, incidentally, doesn't have a UPS) is close...
16:34:36 up 136 days, 16 min, load average: 0.00, 0.05, 0.02 (the other router is on 96 days) PS - I know you said no DCs, but my server there also has a 136 day uptime. Last edited by Mark; 14-03-2009 at 17:38. |

I did post before I booted my box and it was a lot more than that Didt hit 365 though iirc. Booted it for a kernel update and a vmware server update.

I have to reboot my WHS about once a week Otherwise the web interface becomes unusable yet everything still functions fine.

My XP Pro system has an uptime record of 35 days 15hrs 35mins 17secs. Probably needed a reboot for something I installed at that point. The only time it's actually ever fallen over through unstability in the last year is when I added RAM and had to pull my overclock back a bit.

The only time my laptop (main computer) has been reset for reasons other then updates/etc is last week when I left it on a soft chair and it blocked the fans....

Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped writing about other things and made this your signature, yours could be like mine. Look down, back up. Where are you? You're on Boat Drinks, reading the signature your signature could be like. I'm on a computer. |

Just to spite me, my WRT (which i'd forgotten to include) had been left on forever unsure how long because it decided to fatally crash yesterday and i'm still trying to pick up the peices (using my phone internet atm).
