Question GAME policy regarding faulty preowned games

I was up in Aberdeen over the weekend to see my folks (they were down for the weekend) and I did a bit of shopping on Sunday. I happened to venture into GAME and purchased a few preowned games. One of them was Tiger Woods PGA tour 08 for the 360. I tried to play it tonight but I get no more than a couple of shots and it tells me the disc is unreadable. I took out the disc to clean it but it is quite scratched. I tried it again but get the same problem.

Does anyone know their policy regarding returning faulty preowned games? It's further confused by the fact that I bought it in Aberdeen and won't be able to return it there. I'm hoping that a) They will take back the faulty game and b) They will allow me to return it to a different store. Anybody have any experience of either situation?

30 days I believe. They swap them with a receipt without problems.

^^ That's what they told me when I asked that exact question.

Sounds good. I'll take a trip into town today and hope that the local branch has a copy - I was really looking forward to playing it.

Thanks guys
