I only use a landline at work No point in having a landline at home if I have a mobile in my opinion.

I had an email at work about this. Apparently the problem affected almost 74,000 lines. Never had any problems at work apart from the usual complaints about things.

They probably would have if it wasn't so common, although admittedly not quite so many are usually effected.

Urgh had this issue when I lived in Lincoln, I'm guessing one of the engineers had attached someone else onto the same line as me as I'd pick up the phone and hear 2 people having a conversation. Trying 1471 brought up both who last called me and this other line speaking at the same time.
