Default What is your Chinese of choice?

Following on from the curry thread...how about Chinese?

I love:
Sweet and Sour anything, though normally chicken
Crispy Chilli Beef
Chicken in Yellow Bean Sauce
Special Fried Rice
DUCK, DUCK DUCK DUCK though mainly because of the Hoi Sin Sauce

Oooh, there's so much to choose from

Barbecue spare ribs.

Crispy duck and pancakes.

Beef and green peppers with rice.

If I am at a restaurant, some sell thet Chinese beer. Tsing Tao or something. Very nice.

Sweet and sour pork (Cantonese-style is best)
Duck in anything
Kung pao pork
Crispy beef
House special fried rice
Won ton
Foo young

chinese menus annoy me, its always so hard to decide.

This is why you can't beat a good all you can eat buffet

if i had to choose though it'd be something like spare ribs, singapore noodles, prawn toast, anything with beef and prawns \o/
hungry now!

Not all at once as I vary the starters but:

Won Ton Soup or Curry Triangles or Prawn Toast
Quarter Duck with Pancakes
Kung Po or Smoked Chicken
Soft Fried Noodles
