Default London Parking...

Where cheap and safe can I park on the outskirts of London for 36-48 hours?!

I'm heading up to London from Ringwood for the Friday and Saturday (to see some awesomely gorgeous ladies) and realised that trains and coaches to and from peoples places are just a pain in the bum and driving is probably muchos easier (and cheaper).

I've looked at Richmond - that's the only one I know of and it seems reasonably priced (as said cheaper than flipping trains and coaches!)!

Any other ideas though?! Preferably out of the congestion zone... although I say that and it doesn't matter if it's not! I just don't have a clue how to pay it nor how much it would cost me!

Help me fellow BDers! You're my only hope!

Go round the M25 and come in on the A21 all the way to Beckenham Junction station, which will take about 50 minutes from the A3/M25 turning. You can park for free in any of the side streets and the train takes 16 minutes to Victoria.

Just an idea, because it takes ages to get into town from Richmond because you're stuck on the tube.
