Default Snetterton Paddock Photos

Well, with the gilrs away in Nottingham on the Girly Meet, MB and I found ourselves with plenty of spare time on Saturday so we decided to head off to Snetterton to watch some racing.

The action was great and we had a good laugh at some of the drivers struggling with the chicane with plenty on rear ends stepping out and a fair few spins

Here's a few pics of some of the cars from the paddock...

Dammit!

Someone should have told me - thats my home track. Although I was off geeking out at a couple of Air Museums

I've got thousands of happy laps *and a couple of dozen of very unhappy and painful ones* around that place.

Best place to stand is on the inside of the track just a little further on from The Esses or Russel Bend. Lots of arse out action there usually and always good for a laugh in the wet...unless you're driving.

Snetterton imho is one of the best circuits in the UK - now it's owned by Jonathan Palmer it should get the money spent on it that it needs to get better and better. *a resurface would be a good start*

That red Jag looks like it could have been a right laugh to drive round in. Although the Exige would be my choice.

Miserable gits could have at least told us. We're only 10 minutes down the road.

Sorry people, I had no idea you were that close
Mind you, it was a last minute "what shall we do" thing. We were going to head off to Brands for the TC qualifying but thought that we'd look at Snet and saw they had more racing on

Yeah sorry about that chaps, going to the racing was a very last minute decision and to be honest I wasn't sure where it was aprat from it looked about the same distance away as Brands Hatch from Braintree.

The racing was however excellent and much better than the Touring Cars would have been, loads of variety and rearwheel drive antics
