Canon G11?
My sister collected up a load of wonga for her recent birthday as she wanted to get a camera. She wants something better than a snap happy pocket cam but not a full on DSLR. She's been recommended a Canon G11 by a few people and was just wondering if it was a good choice

A friend of mine has the G10 (a backup to his 40d) which is an awesome camera. I've not seen or used the G11 but I'm sure it would be even better.
If you're looking to get that kind of camera I can't think of anything else that comes close to those Canons |

Any recommendations on a decent place to buy? Best prices I can see are around £370-380. Quidco wouldn't go amiss too
