Ansmann Customer Service
We bought an energy 4 on the recommendation of Mark and for the last 14 months it's been brilliant. However last weekend it decided it didn't want to charger the batteries anymore and the lights just went out. I thought we'd need to buy a new one but after looking around at replacements I found that they have a 3 year warranty.
I contacted Ansmann and spoke to a really nice chap called Jeff who is the quality control manager and he asked me to send my charger off for them to look at. They received it Friday and just now I've opened a parcel to find a brand new Energy 4 charger and 4 2100mAh batteries for the inconvenience of having to send it away. So a big from me for their customer service and products in general

Mine's still going strong. Maybe I don't use it enough.
Nice to know I got that recommendation right though. |
