360 : Loss of Sound via HD :-( HELP ME !!!

I have Issues with my 360 & the playing of my Beloved Forza 3.

Every now & again, Completely at random the sound through HD starts to glitch & then cuts out completly.

I have the sound fired through my house system on Surround sound through 2 gorgeous little monitor speakers so I have taken to just sticking the telly on Mute & running it through my house system as this is Not effected.

Googling brings it up as a Known fault & the temp fix of removing your HD & then popping it back on when on Dash does work but only until next time.

So my knowledgable friends of the BD World, What gives & whats the proper fix ?
Like I said though I am running through my Hifi & getting superb sound it's just pissing me off as I know it happens.
