My Bodybuilding Competition

Well I'm in full swing now, training hard and eating harder !

Doing 55 mins morning cardio 6 times a week, weights 4 times a week and 20 mins cardio right after weights.

I've had really good feedback from my nutritionist and my trainer and hopefully will be getting my bikinis soon !

A few people have asked for details so here's the qualifyer poster - I'll be doing the Central one in St Albans.

Might post some pics & info here if anyone is interested although I understand what I'm doing is quite wierd

May be weird to some people but it's interesting too, and it helps us to support you if we know what's going on!

What's the difference between physique and figure and which one are you entering?

Physique is women's bodybuilding where the objective is to get as big and ripped as possible whilst aiming for symetry i.e upper body mass matching lower body.

Figure is about having a " toned " look. You must have visble muscle cuts, abs & definition but also still have some body fat and retain a very feminine look

Thank god you're doing figure. Did you manage to catch "Supersize She" on TV the other night? I was praying to god you werent doing that

Was about some woman training for Miss Olympia. Not nice

I've seen that programme before, now she wouldn't be able to compete with the BNBF !! ( British NATURAL Bodybuilding Federation )

That lady was taking a LOT of steroids, women just can't get that big without them, we don't have the right hormones.

I'm only doing this for the bling bling

KT Coates is selling her green bikini which I really LOVE! .. Looking at it next weekend \o/

You have a plain bikini for the pre-judging ( this is when you're all on the stage and do turns so the judges can judge you ) and then a bling bling in the evening where you do an individual presentation
