Default Help with some FAQs..

.. for my website.

www.admiralcomputers.co.uk

If you were calling as a home user (for the time being), what questions would you ask.?

I'm stumped a bit so questions are best come from elsewhere

Cheers chaps.

I'd suggest that you need to do a bit of spell-checking or more accurately that you have used the correct words in place e.g. under "Is it safe to transport my PC by car" you need to place the computer on a flat surface not a flay one and "I want to buy a new ....." - it should read that "we pride ourselves...".

These are fairly minor changes but if you sort them then the website will look more professional.

I'll try and have a think about anything else suitable, I'd assume you don't really want a FAQ containing lists of compatible hardware or basic rules like you need DDR2 for socket 775 except for a couple of exceptions etc as that might detract from your business advice?

And thanks for the invite as well

thanks .. i don't want the FAQs to be too technical because potential customers won't be to interested in what goes on under the case..

Your welcome BTW

Heh.. get asked that all the time with customers servers.

Answers:

1) Probably, but not definately, depends on whats been done to the box.

2) Probably not, but no guarantees, you may need to restore from backups (like naturally you're making, right?)

3) Yes, I do, I'll never reveal whats on your server, even under Chinese water torture.
