Xbox Kinect - Wicked :D
Had a go on this yesterday and have to say I'm utterly impressed. It worked really well for us and even the kids that were around (with a bit of space management) got on just fine with it. It's hard telling drunken adults to play only two at a time when there's five of them all standing in front of a TV waving their arms around though
We played Dance Central and Kinect Sports. Only had a quick go on DC as it's not my type of thing, but the sports was brilliant. Track and field was actually quite tiring with all the running needed. I liked it so much, I'm off out to buy one

My youngest nephew is wanting to get Kinect with his Christmas money so it's good to hear another positive review for it.

My only hope is that they integrate it with more of the mainstream games rather than just chucking party games at it. I know they're integrating it in to Forza4, although no idea how and I doubt it will be for the main steering and driving. But imagine playing COD and actually lobbing grenades

I said the same thing to Davey a while back. I imagine they'll give us a rifle like you get with the guitar hero games. If you have to duck into cover and clear rooms you'll be knackered

I'm really tempted but I've got a Wii that never gets used and I fear this would end up going the same way.
Also doesn't help that we live in a flat with floor made of cardboard so things like Wii fit just end up pissing off the people downstairs. |
