Lost series 3 - What the deuce?
No, that's not a sub-title for the series, although it could be.
It seems that in the US they've stopped showing the series after episode six, and will show the rest twelve weeks later, as normal, as of February. Does this mean that we'll see the end of the series over here first? Either way, looks like I now have to wait a further six weeks to see episode seven. Which is what I would have had to do anyway since I didn't download those first six episodes at all.

I think they did the same thing with S2, remember having to wait some weeks for eps to appear on torrent sites then they'd go weekly again. Midseason breaks ftl.

I remember there being a couple of two-week hiatuses (hiatii?) but nothing as long as three months. If Sky are planning on showing all 23/24 episodes on a weekly basis then we'll be finished six weeks before the US, which seems odd.

Hiatii, lollage.
I'm sure they stopped for about 6-7 weeks once. If there is a big break till feb, I don't think Sky will get the eps first. Will they?

They generally do it all the time. Every year Stargate runs from July for about 10 weeks and then pauses till after new year. Its slightly more annoying than the break with Lost, especially as this is the final season of SG1.
