Rocky Balboa
Much better than I was expecting, the actual boxing itself was pretty realistic I thought even though the concept of an old ex-champion fighting the current champion was pretty flawed in that I don't think it'd ever happen.
Thoroughly enjoyable filum, one of the best ones in the Rocky franchise.

I saw this the other night and really enjoyed it too (was too embarassed to start a thread though ) Yeah some of the script was beyond corney, but *that* is part of the point of a Rocky film, some of it was corney for a point too Quote:

I haven't been to the cinema in ages. Orange Wednesdays usually are when I try to go - but obviously I'm not going to buy 2 tickets just for myself
I always thought the Rocky films were "ok" - but I'm willing to give this a chance as I do most films. I used to go the flicks 3 times a month... Need to start going more.
