Going to see a new car today...
having children has a weird effect on men, no longer is having less doors cool, no longer is the roar of the engine in the cabin a good thing.
cool is now: boot space more doors diesel engine worryingly im now impressed by boot space and accessibility of it, i need help. so to console myself, im going to see a 330d SE touring this afternoon (providing the dealer rings me back!). of course being a BM its overpriced compared to other cars on the market, but thats life. Hope to get a half decent trade in offer for my barge. diesel estate auto for the win!! |

what an arse, had to get the car serviced today (been holding on too long to find a new car!), I knew that the rear breaks were on their way out, but they HAVE to be done now, also I knew that my power steering was going, but yesterday it decided to make horrible noises that topping the fluid up hasnt sorted, so been quoted for work on that.
Nice chunk out of my car budget down the drain! Service Insp1 + parts and Oil service - £230 Rear discs and pads - £255 Steering rack (recon replacement) - £400 Not best pleased, but still. That BM Touring has disapeared off of trader now, but suspiciously is being sold privately for the same price with no trade in wanted. Something funny going on there i think! |
