Default E-Mail clients

I'm looking for an e-mail client that besides the regular basic features, I really want one that's possible to minimise to the system tray.
Anyone know one that does that?

Thanks in advance

Whereabouts?
I had a brief look but couldn't see the option. Although thinking of switching away as tbh it's overkill for what I use it for.
Edit: Ahh found it Was looking for options in the program rather than the system tray icon.
Thanks Feek

Any other programs that do it?

Hmm not that keen on the Windows Live stuff for some reason, can't stand the look of Windows Live Messenger etc. Plus it looks a bit like I might as well just stick with web mail than set up with that. But I'll keep an eye on it
Guess I'll stick with Outlook for now then.

Outlook is the best email client I've used without a doubt, if quite feature bloated. I like to keep an eye on these things though, being a geek and all
