Yup, but it was 3-4 years ago. They were fine at the time though.
Beware that they're based in France, and (at least when I ordered) ship products as you'd find them in France. This may mean extra cost for warranty returns, and you risk getting manuals in french, european power connectors, etc. They supply adapters and most manuals are multi-lingual these days anyway so it probably won't be a problem. |

Ahh yes, I knew I recognised the name from somewhere - A couple of guys at work bought digital cameras from them a few years ago and they had the manuals in French.

They're giving me the hump right now. I ordered on Thursday 5th and their website tells me my item was despatched the same day but it's still not showing on the Royal Mail tracking page.
My first mail enquiry told me that it would appear there when it reaches the UK, normally within a day or so. The second reply when I chased again told me that it may have been delayed due to Easter. I'm still waiting for a reply from my third mail but it's still not showing on track'n'trace and RM are saying that until it appears in their system there is nothing they can do about it. No answer when I called them, it just rang and rang and rang.

They just replied to my mail with a standard reply, the same as I had a week ago.
I've replied again telling them to stop sending me standard answers otherwise I'll be getting my money back from Paypal and reporting them to imrg, they are members. I paid via Paypal on a bank transfer so I'm not covered by any CC insurance, but I may be via Paypal. If I've not had a reply by tonight and goods in 2 days I'll be doing that.

So.
I told Pixmania that Royal Mail had said they didn't have it, Pixmania said that I should check with Parcelforce, not Royal Mail. I explained that it's a generic term, blah blah. Anyway, Parcelforce say that they've not received it from Pixmania, Pixmania say they've sent it. Finally Pixmania admitted that "it's missing". And hopefully they're sending me another one. Time will tell.
