Default Help with a translation

Can any of you clever people work out where the first James Bannister on this list was born? I just can't work out what it says :/

Its really bugging me because I'm pretty sure its the entry I want but the location is needed to confirm it

Thanks

Thanks guys

I've cross checked it with another source and its N. Aylesford which is literally just up the road from here. Most of my ancestors are from further towards SE London but for some reason this one seems to have been born closer to here, most curious

I've been playing with www.genesreunited.co.uk and its a lot of fun

Ah, the family tree. Good luck with it - it's when you start contacting long lost but still living relatives that the fun really starts.

Got the same problem with my nana's family. She's 93 and understandably gets a bit confused and even somewhat upset when questions such as this get asked. I asked once but it was clear I wouldn't get anywhere and left it at that.

I don't have any family info except from my grandparents married names, so i can never get far with these things.
