Personal massage plate / thingy
Well I was given one of these and its just outstanding if you have aching muscles. Its especially good if you have acid in the muscles from working out (sometimes get it). Personally I find the pads in the gyms too violent and wanted something a bit more reasonable.
The one I have looks kinda like this but mine is green and by Clariol http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Electric-Massa...QQcmdZViewItem Not much to say except it works on vibration (mine has more kneading attachments). Its like a gentle plate that you can directly target your muscle. If done gently it will vibrate the muscle. If you have trapped acid its really really quick to find and work it out. I was sceptical, but tonight I was really tightening up in my legs and I'm convinced, its damn good and worth every penny. |
