BT GPS receiver needed.
Mine is borked.
Need one by this weekend - any recommendations. My last one was a fleabay special and was great for the 3 years I used it. Would be nice to have one that locks on a bit quicker - it was fine when I knew the first bit of the journey to give it a chance to track. Links to places are very much welcomed. Ta. Simon/Flibster

I've got a keyring one which just sits on my car key fob, cost between £20-30, really does the job well, could lock quicker though can take a few minutes sometimes from cold, so might not be for you, but i think it goes about 10+ hours and is pretty small as they go

Was going to recommend the Navicore GPS stick I bought a little while ago but I can't seem to find it on sale any more. Seems it might have been discontinued now
It's a great little unit. I'd say as long as you go with SirfIII chipset, most things should be fine. If you get desperate for this weekend, I'm happy to post my one off to you for loan if you want

Oh thats a point, definately look out for SiRFstar III GPS chipsets, best out there, have been for years now and nothing has come around to replace them. Thats what really matters not what make you have

Holux
I wouldn't consider any other make personally. My Holux Slim has been faultless and recieved great reviews so other people agree. MB |

Ordered on of the same ones that Desmo has. £30.
As they are Holux GPSlim 240's in drag it should be fine. Now all I need is to get it delivered. Cheers peeps.
