Right applying for a nokia summer job hopefully, the application is pretty strange. For instance:

What can i take a photo of including my nokia phone, that will stand out? I'm struggling to think of anything really different apart from cycling to the top of the pentlands and doing a panoramic shot of me & phone, but tbh i want to send this today and i cba cycling for 4 hours to do that

Ideas on a postcard, and pretty sharpish too?

What is the job doing?

If its sales then do something like climb a statue and rubberband a phone to its head then take a pic and say you can sell a nokia to the stoniest of clients?

Yeah they don't actually say what its gonna be doing, but i'm betting sales really.

That's a possible idea. Although the only statues i can think of are round Princes Street, and I'd have to be quick otherwise i will be arrested and then won't be a particularly credible candidate

I thought about stupid stuff like a handstand on Arthur's seat for no reason, like the attention whore pic, haha. But its wouldn't be half as witty as the rest of my application... I don't want it to let me down...

I wouldn't have even bothered filling out the form. Any company that asks that sort of crap for a summer job is so far up it's own arse I wouldn't want to work there.

Well there isn't much to choose from, i'm desperate, its geeky, i get a free phone and paid £7 an hour. I couldn't care how **** they are, i've probably worked for worse in my previous call centre jobs,, i have fairly thick skin and am pretty light hearted when it comes to managerial carp. Granted i could walk into a call centre job tomorrow but i'm not *that* desperate yet

I'm not creative... just done Belbin and am not a plant... am a Completer Finisher/Resource Investigator...
