These look like awesome easy recipes. I hope yahoo do more of these. I think I will have to see how much squid is, I've never cooked it myself before.

I've cooked calamari twice - first time was perfect, second time was over cooked and tasted like rubber bands :/ I keep meaning to try Squid stuffed but haven't as of yet.
I'll have a lookie at the videos tonight at home ![]()

Oh yum, I'd like to try that. Need to get myself a thermometer though as I'm paranoid of the pan setting on fire. I know you can do the breadcrumb test, but I'd feel safer with a proper thermometer.
Squid is actually pretty cheap, especially if you get the baby ones. They tend to be more tender anyway. I do squid quite a lot on the BBQ because the tentacles taste delicious ![]() I've never watched River Cottage before, but I saw Hugh's Chicken Run that he did a few months back and then started watching the latest series. Really enjoyed it.

His series are really good, but they only ever seem to be a few episodes and not enough recipes. They should be hour episodes not 30mins.
