Default Amazon market?

There's a TV I've seen on Amazon market. but is there a way to email the seller to ask about dead pixels before I buy? i can't seem to see an option to do this.

Same as me.
I'm looking at 2nd hand tv's around the £400 mark and one of the sellers has only just launched so has no feedback. Amazon says I will be safeguarded. but I want to know if anyone's done it and if they had any problems.

This is there guarantee

Yes, I bought an iPod transmitter a month or so ago from the marketplace and it was rubbish. I returned it, in one of the mails I received they said that it would be tested and a replacement sent so my reply quoted the distance selling doofer requesting a full refund.

Two days after they received the item, the refund was processed. No problems.
