Daz is using (or planning to use) Weave. I use FoxMarks which only syncs your bookmarks but that's fine for me.

Indeed I am. I've not yet moved over from GBS yet though for 2 reasons: 1) their own server backend is obviously too small at the moment, so is slow, and is up and down all the time while they make changes. It's in pre-alpha so that's to be expected. You can of course host your own server but that brings me to 2) I've yet to decide how to set it up at home. Port 443 on my home IP address goes to IIS for Exchange ActiveSync - now I'd have no problem using IIS as the DAV backend, but the implementation in IIS6 is either broken or out of date (I forget which), so Weave wont work. I could use another port and bring that to Apache but for some reason I'm reluctant to do that.

I've looked at setting up DAV on the shared box dwuk is on but for some reason it just wouldn't work (need to talk to Beany about that actually). Ideally I'd have it hosted at home but I know Beany's box is secure (and I trust the guy), I have shell access to the box, and the server side data is encrypted anyway.

I'm currently in the Pogo beta...and it's ok. I doubt I'll ever use it when it's out though.

I've been meaning to setup DAV on one of my VM's. If I ever get my arse in gear and do it you're welcome to use it and see if Weave is the tool for you when it's running on decent hardware.

May well hold you to that

Oh, side note if anyone is planning your own server, make sure it's on SSL - authentication is only plain text at the moment.
